Terms of Use

Last updated: December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DreamGrid / MemoryVault ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MemoryVault is a platform for creating 3D virtual museums, allowing users to create immersive experiences with photos and memories. The service includes:

  • Creation of personalized 3D virtual museum
  • Upload and storage of personal photos
  • Generation of Stories cards
  • Exclusive link for sharing

3. Rights to Images

You declare and warrant that:

  • You are the sole owner or have authorization to use the uploaded photos
  • You have image rights of all people depicted in the photos
  • The images do not violate third-party copyrights
  • The images do not contain illegal, offensive, or defamatory content

DreamGrid is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

4. Service Availability

Your purchase includes lifetime access: your museum has no expiry date, there is nothing to renew and no further charge will ever be made. There is no subscription behind it — nothing to cancel, no card kept on file. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service: if we ever have to discontinue it, we give at least 30 days notice by email so you can download your photographs and your pass. Museums built but never paid for are kept for about 72 hours, with an email so you can finish, and then deleted along with their photos. Museums bought before this change were sold with one year of access and keep the terms they were sold under — write to us if you would like yours looked at.

5. Payment and Refund

Payment is one-time. You have 7 (seven) days to request a refund from the date of purchase.

Important: After viewing the museum, the service is considered fully rendered.
